最近在看 Agent / LLM 的长期记忆方案时，发现一个挺有意思的项目：MemOS。它解决的不是「再塞更大的上下文窗口」或者「怎么更好的检索」，而是一个更基础的问题：记忆本身该怎么被管理。github.com/MemTensor/MemOS
做 AI Agent / 多轮问答的时候模型总是忘记上下文，用户的偏好、操作记录、上传的文档就像蒸发了一样。而 MemOS 通过核心的“共享记忆层”，不仅解决了这个问题，还让同一份记忆可以跨项目、跨多个Agent复用。
使用上支持把文件和URL直接接入知识库。对话过程中记忆会持续更新并随着增长逐渐形成偏好记忆，并且能把文本、图片、文件、工具调用等信息统一纳管，必要时还能使用自然语言对已有记忆做纠错和清理。有兴趣的小伙伴可以去项目里面玩玩看。
最近扣子 Coze 升级了一个我挺喜欢的能力，主要是 Skill/技能加长期任务。我用编程把之前潮流周刊的素材手工收集整理过程交给了它，按我自己的标准去跑，要求它优先从 GitHub Stars 1k+、近期活跃、UI 设计好、实用性强、开源项目、工程师工具这些维度去筛选，然后把结果按可信度和价值分层整理出来，顺手给到链接和要点，省掉我来回翻和做笔记的重复劳动。

这个视频很适合投资小白，来源 Pershing Square 资本管理公司 CEO William Ackman，虽然是 13 年前的分享，但是很有价值，他用柠檬水生意把金融和投资讲得很简单易懂，很多结论放到今天依然成立。
先把三张表搞清楚：资产负债表看你手里有什么、欠别人多少、净下来还剩多少；损益表看一段时间到底赚没赚钱，收入、成本费用、利息折旧都算进去；现金流量表最硬，钱是不是真的进账、是不是被持续花掉，决定能不能扩张、能不能扛过坏周期。很多人只看利润，忽略现金流和负债结构，最后问题往往不是赚不赚钱，而是撑不撑得住。
融资部分也很直白：债和股就是两种承诺，借钱是固定回报，出事时对方优先拿钱，但收益封顶；出股权是承担更多波动，清完债才轮到股东，但生意做成回报空间更大。IPO 本质就是把股权卖给公众：公司拿到资金继续跑，或让早期股东获得流动性。
投资里他反复强调两件事：复利和回撤，复利吃时间，开始越早越占便宜，回报率差一点点，拉长到几十年差距会非常夸张。回撤是复利的天敌，亏 50% 需要赚 100% 才回本，所以长期投资里“别大亏”不是保守，是效率。
什么公司适合长期拿，他的标准很朴素，能不能用几句话讲清楚它怎么赚钱。品牌是不是够强、用户愿不愿意持续买；有没有护城河、别人抄不走；负债别太重；别过度依赖利率汇率大宗价格这类外部变量；资本效率要高，不是必须一直砸钱才能增长的生意。看起来是偏好，其实是在筛掉未来很难判断的公司。
心理和纪律部分更像底线：恐慌时敢买、过热时敢卖，但前提是你自己做过研究，不是名字熟就下手。进入市场前先处理高息债务，并留出 6–12 个月应急金，避免在最差的价格被迫卖出。
没时间研究个股也没问题：基金或指数化，把研究交给体系，挑基金经理主要看可信度、策略是否可解释、长期记录是否可验证，以及利益是否一致。（ps不过这里我更推荐是标普 500这种，非常有基金经理那种）
最后推荐了《聪明的投资者》 这本书，也挺值得一读。

Ten years ago, when I was a sophomore, I found Hackers and Painters in my university library. That book deeply influenced how I think about engineering and about myself. It helped me realize that engineers are not only problem solvers, but also builders with taste and a sense of beauty.
Since then, I have tried to build things that are simple, useful, and pleasant to use. Mole is one of those attempts. Through building it, I unexpectedly had the chance to connect with Paul Graham, which still feels a bit surreal.
Open source has brought Mole a lot of encouragement from developers around the world. It has also brought some doubt and unfair assumptions, simply because I am a Chinese developer, and at times that has been painful. Still, far more people have been kind, curious, and generous with their time and feedback. I believe open source should be open, friendly, and free from politics. Code has no nationality.
English is not my first language, but I enjoy connecting with developers everywhere, and I hope we can keep building and learning together.

Mostly, yes — Mole primarily frees up disk space.
In general, junk on disk doesn’t slow down a healthy macOS system by itself. Where people sometimes notice a difference is indirect: bloated or stale caches can make apps do extra work, and very low free disk space can increase I/O pressure. Clearing outdated temp data can also force apps to rebuild fresh state.
Mole isn’t a performance tool. Any speedup people notice is situational and indirect, not a guarantee.

The main culprits are mostly unglamorous things: app and system caches, logs and temp files, old browser leftovers, developer tool caches, and remnants from apps that were already removed. On macOS these can quietly grow to tens of gigabytes.
Mole focuses on cleaning only those categories and does it conservatively. It’s rule-based, blocks critical system paths outright, and offers dry-run previews so users can see exactly what would be removed before anything happens. The goal is to remove accumulated junk without risking system stability.
