Sharing the 4 Claude MCP servers I use the most lately.
1. TinyFish MCP lets Claude browse the live web, scrape, research, and return structured data instead of static answers. I’ve been using it to gather AI news for my newsletter, like pulling top Hacker News posts from the last few hours and summarizing them into a clean list.
2. GitHub MCP helps me review commits, trace changes, and understand repos without jumping between tools.
3. Figma MCP lets me inspect designs, check layout and spacing, and pull UI details directly into the conversation.
4. Excalidraw MCP is great for thinking visually. I use it to sketch flows and system ideas when text isn’t enough.
The last few are probably familiar, but the first one is worth a look. I recorded a short video showing how it works in practice. tinyfish.ai/

I’ve been using gstack as my open source software factory, turning Claude Code into a full virtual engineering team with roles like CEO, engineering manager, designer, QA, security, and release.
It replaces the blank prompt with structured roles, bringing 20 specialists and 8 powerful tools together in one workflow, all written in Markdown and open for anyone to use and build on.
If you are building, shipping, or leading, this is worth trying.

Agents get reliable from engineering, not new loops. Covers harness, context, tools, memory, evaluation, and OpenClaw.
Worth a read if you are building Agents.
Kaku v0.8.0 Fish 🐟 is out. github.com/tw93/Kaku
A fast, out-of-the-box terminal built for AI coding, now with better shell integration and a more stable daily workflow. This release adds full Fish shell support via kaku init, including Starship prompt, Yazi launcher, theme sync, and a clean conf.d entrypoint.
Background tabs now show a bell indicator when tasks finish, with optional Dock badge support so you don’t lose track of long-running jobs. Kaku also remembers your last working directory when opening new tabs or windows, making sessions feel continuous. kaku update and kaku doctor now run in dedicated tabs instead of blocking your current work.
We also added a tab_title_basename_only option to simplify tab titles, fixed scrollback issues like viewport jumping during rapid output and glitches with Claude Code, and shipped a range of bug fixes and polish across window behavior, links, clipboard, SSH, and macOS stability.

Most Claude Code projects don’t fail because of prompts. They fail because of architecture drift, weak governance, unsafe defaults, and missing verification. Built from my article “You Don’t Know Claude Code”, I just shipped Claude Health. github.com/tw93/claude-health

The spring in Hangzhou is very beautiful.

Mole just shipped v1.31.0 Makima with faster performance and more accurate system status reporting. Huge thanks to all contributors. Still fully open source and free, made possible by the community effort behind it.

2. Harness(验收基线、执行边界、反馈信号、回退手段)比模型本身更决定系统能否收敛,高质量自动化验证和清晰目标缺一不可 。

It covers practical examples across research, writing, coding, analysis, and everyday work, and it goes much deeper than I expected. Instead of reading second-hand summaries, it’s better

Most Claude Code problems are not prompting problems. They are systems-design problems.
I wrote a deep dive on Claude Code's architecture, governance, and engineering internals. If you want the practical takeaway: `npx skills add tw93/claude-health`, then run `/health`.

Prompt

🐹 Just shipped Mole V1.30.0. If you have cleaned tens of GB of junk from your Mac in one go, you know the feeling.
Since October, Mole has gone from v1 to 30. This release improves reliability with safer orphan cleanup and better edge case handling.
github.com/tw93/Mole

Kaku 0.7🌊 is here.
If you haven't tried it yet, it's a terminal that started from WezTerm but went through a lot of surgery. Significant rewrites, a good chunk of code removed, and plenty of real improvements on top. Split panes and multi-tab work great out of the box, looks good by default, ships with a lightweight toolbox including yazi, lazygit, and common zsh plugins. Light, dark, and auto theme switching built in.
This release adds transparency and frosted glass support, the terminal actually feels polished now. Added a close-window guard for those accidental cmd+w moments during AI coding sessions, cmd+shift+t restores it if you close anyway. Scrollbar config is in too. kaku ai now supports Antigravity model config, Google has been a bit chaotic lately but we added it anyway.
Run kaku update to grab it, or check it out at github.com/tw93/kaku

This is Shrimp and Swamp Eel Ban Chuan, a classic noodle dish from Hangzhou, China, made with hand-pulled noodles, river shrimp, swamp eel, scallions, and a rich savory sauce. It’s a beloved local specialty with a smoky wok aroma, tender eel, and the fresh sweetness of shrimp.

A great resource if you want to understand how AI coding agents work. Learn Claude Code walks through building a minimal Claude Code like agent from scratch, explaining each mechanism step by step.
You’ll see the core loop most coding agents share: call the model, execute tools, feed the results back, and iterate. A clean way to understand how these systems are actually built.

Just discovered something wild: rentahuman.ai/ When an AI agent hits a task it can’t finish online, it can post a job there and hire a real human to do it in the physical world.
This really broke my mental model a bit. AI can plan and automate, but when it needs someone to actually touch the real world, a rentable human becomes part of the workflow.

Recently came across a really well-done interactive MicroGPT walkthrough. It builds on Andrej Karpathy’s ~200-line Python GPT implementation and visually explains each step of how a language model works.
You can see tokenization, next-token prediction, softmax, loss, attention, and backpropagation play out step by step. If you’ve ever wanted to understand how GPT actually works under the hood, this is a great place to start.

A public OpenClaw Exposure Watchboard is now listing OpenClaw instances reachable from the internet. In many cases you can click into them and directly see content from the running instance.
If you are using OpenClaw, please double check authentication, remove direct public exposure, and be careful with your personal data when experimenting with agents.

Mm-hmm This is also a requirement I also have a tip: tell Codex that I’ll have Claude Code review your code, so you need to implement it properly and carefully.
My current Codex setup works surprisingly well. Model: Fast GPT-5.4 High, Personality: Pragmatic. I also use these custom instructions,You might want to try it.

Kaku v0.6 is now available. A fast macOS terminal with great defaults, built for AI coding. Zero config. github.com/tw93/Kaku
Highlights
• Light theme overhaul: better ANSI colors, dynamic font weight, plus Claude Code friendly colors
• AI panel upgrade: clearer usage summary and remaining quota, Kimi Code support, better Claude OAuth persistence, custom headers for proxy or self hosted setups
• Better tab workflow: drag to reorder, double click rename, Cmd Shift T to reopen last closed tab, and kaku set-tab-title for scripts
• Clickable file paths: paths in output are now hyperlinks
• Shell and macOS fixes: removed forced TERM kaku, smoother shell init, IME and shortcut bugs fixed, overall window and fullscreen behavior more stable
• Long session stability: lazy scrollback and tighter render caches for lower, steadier memory

Mole now supports Windows. The first pre-release is here. To keep the Mac version simple and lightweight, the Windows support lives in a separate branch.
It includes native PowerShell commands like mo clean, mo optimize, mo uninstall, mo analyze, mo status, and mo purge, with support for cleaning temp files, logs, browser and app caches, developer caches, project artifacts, and more. It also comes with a Windows system dashboard and an interactive UI.
It’s still early, so I’d recommend testing it on a non-critical machine first. Feedback, bug reports, and ideas are very welcome.
github.com/tw93/Mole/tree/windows

Kaku will soon show usage for Claude Code, Codex, Kimi, Gemini, GitHub, and Copilot directly in the terminal, with no setup needed. You’ll also be able to switch accounts and change models in one place, which feels much simpler than opening another app and uses far fewer resources.
Any other coding CLIs you think I should add next?

Mole 1.29 is live. The Mac cleaning tool that can free up tens of GBs in one go.
github.com/tw93/Mole
What’s new:
· destructive commands now support --dry-run / -n for full preview before execution
· mo status and mo analyze now support --json, with auto JSON mode in non TTY pipelines
· smarter cleanup for Xcode DeviceSupport, plus safer sudo handling in Automator and Shortcuts
This release makes Mole much better for automation, scripting, and safer cleanup. If Mole helps, I’d love to hear what hidden junk or safe cleanup targets you want next.
